The Ice Cream Hut had a Ribbon Cutting at their newest location on Babcock Road in Palm Bay. Our 7’ tall ice cream cone balloon sculpture was a hit. Here are the owners with the jumbo treat! We also made them an arch outside for their ribbon cutting pictures.
